Today is a better day. I made it to the gym for the first time in over a week... and did a 4.5 mile walk on the trails... it was gorgeous outside yesterday.
Great news D@vid! Yes, yesterday was gorgeous. I hope we get a lot more of them as we approach autumn,my favorite time of year. The chill of an autumn wind, the rustling sound of falling leaves the smell of autumn. What's not to like?
