Sun and Fun

I posted the other day that I was taking a trip out west, but didn't realize that it will be the same weather at the Grand Canyon as it will be here, but with much more snow and mostly everything shut down... you don't think about cold and snow in the desert, but I guess it's higher in elevation than Denver.  Anyway, I switched my trip to Ft. Lauderdale... and my friend Elaine was nice enough to get me a room at a Marriott Courtyard property... and the flight and car were about $400.. so it will be a nice, cheap wrap-up of the landscaping season for me for the week of December 12th.  I'll see a few friends down there as well, and a few are heading there the same week.
